Parts Sales Advisor – Basingstoke

A great opportunity has arisen to join our successful growing team at Adam’s Morey as aParts Sales Advisorat our site in Basingstoke.

Salary:OTE £35,000 per annum

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling external parts sales enquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Accurately pricing parts and updating internal systems.
• Building long-term relationships with our valued customers.
• Liaising with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service.
• Maintaining high standards in customer service and administration.
• Driving parts sales growth through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a motor trade parts department.
• LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable.
• A person with top-tier customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Organised, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.
