Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator based at our East Midlands Gateway to help us develop our ambitious plans. This role’s shifts are based on Nights (Monday to Friday).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage issues or problems.
• Dealing externally with customers, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

An understanding of the transport industry is preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience in dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
