You will oversee your restaurant, driving revenue and profit through team development, guest service excellence, cost control, and brand standards adherence. Your role will involve team management, operational oversight, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

What you need:

• Focus on implementing brand standards and policies
• Deliver outstanding guest service consistently
• Experience with restaurant openings is a plus but not essential
• Manage operations including scheduling, staffing, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Understand P&L, budgeting, and payroll management
• Manage stock levels and control costs to ensure profitability
• Use sales data to inform decisions
• Lead and develop your team, providing training, coaching, and performance management

• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs, including guest recovery strategies
