The successful candidate will work on developing and executing firmwide HR operations transformation projects, leveraging the firm’s HRIS to make HR a data-driven, capacity-building function. Responsibilities include managing and continuously improving all aspects of people operations, from onboarding to policy centralization across the firm. Additionally, the role involves hands-on management of BAU HR operations. This position is ideal for an experienced HR Operations professional with a broad remit, capable of driving data and technology-driven transformation and process automation initiatives at a fast pace. Candidates with 7-15 years of relevant experience and strong academic and industry qualifications are preferred. The role offers a first-year total compensation of £150-200k, with strong growth prospects. A generous sign-on bonus will be provided.
