COMPANY AND BACKGROUND: Our client is a world-leading exporter of some of the most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but very friendly and supportive international team as a Spanish-speaking Export Customer Service Executive. You will be responsible for offering full B2B support to clients, agents, and distributors, including the following duties:
- Placing customer orders for products
- Advising customers on queries related to orders and finding solutions
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Liaising with courier and freight companies
- Monitoring the efficiency of export operations in your territories
- Providing support to the Export Sales Teams
CONTRACT DETAILS: Initially a one-year contract with excellent prospects for a permanent position.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: Fluency in Spanish (with German, Italian, or French) and a good knowledge of English. Previous customer service or administrative experience is essential. Clear and confident communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines under pressure.
SALARY AND HOURS: £28,000 pa depending on experience, plus benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, alternating between 8:00 - 16:00 or 9:00 - 17:00.
