Do you have good practical, hands-on skills (plumbing, carpentry, DIY etc)? We are looking for a confident and friendly Maintenance Person to join the team in our care home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance including basic plumbing and decorating. You will also be tasked with ensuring security is maintained and scheduled checks are conducted throughout the home. Must have the ability to carry out minor repairs and general maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing and decorating and be able to work unsupervised. A good standard of record keeping is desirable.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
