We are an award-winning family run business with over 150 stores nationwide. We are looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager in Woking to join our team.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer
- Recommending the right products or services for our customers' needs
- Maximising sales and performance by identifying improvements
- Leading by example, motivating, training, and developing your team using our Pets Corner Curriculum
- Maintaining high standards in store and product presentation
- Keeping up to date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Handling key responsibilities such as opening and closing the store
- Maintaining accurate inventory, checking deliveries, completing stocktakes, and investigating stock losses
