Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 or 08:30-17:30
Location: Ross Rd, Portrack Ln, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2NN
Training & Development: Progression through in-house training with bonuses for each stage. Training lasts approximately 10 months, with assessments and knowledge checks. We value diversity and have received multiple recognitions for inclusion and equality.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service via phone and in person, along with administrative support. Key tasks include:
- Building customer relationships
- Communication via phone, email, and in person
