Personal injury and insurance Paralegal / File Handler – Liverpool

Paralegal / File Handler – Liverpool (UK) – The Partners are looking for candidates to join their expanding EL/PL and commercial insurance team. They are seeking candidates with as little as 6 months of experience. The role is designed to develop the successful candidate within the firm’s highly recognised career progression framework.

Summary

Candidates should have EL/PL experience

The Partners will consider both claimant and defendant experience. Work may include pre-litigated EL/PL matters, as well as commercial insurance cases such as water leaks, fire damage, and product liability.

A typical day will involve:

Gaining experience in personal injury and commercial insurance, handling pre-litigated matters with reserves up to £30,000. This role offers exposure to a variety of claims work from corporate and insurer clients.
