Job Purpose

Job Overview

The role requires enthusiasm as part of our account management team. You will be the first point of contact for client issues or concerns, delivering excellent service by providing fast, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Understand all client databases and systems to access service information.
  • Maintain client profiles, including updates and investigations.
  • Reschedule canceled appointments.
  • Manage client task lists.
  • Handle client and consultant inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues within SLAs.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager regarding service provisions.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and promote best practices.
  • Support clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, complaints, and cancellation requests.

Goals and Metrics:

  • Average of 30 actions per day
  • Quality scores of 3.6+ on average
  • SLA compliance of 99%+
  • At least 1 positive review per month
  • Minimum of 1.5 hours of talk time daily
  • All calls answered per departmental standards
  • Clear, accurate written communication meeting standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, rapport building, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, dynamic approach and resilience under pressure.
