We\’re partnering with a fast-growing, global property management company on the search for a Procurement Transformation Consultant . This is a hybrid role , based in London, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performing, innovative business during a pivotal growth phase.

The Role:

As a Procurement Transformation Consultant , you will play a strategic, high-impact role in shaping and evolving the procurement offering. Reporting directly to the C-suite , you\’ll lead the design and delivery of a modern, value-driven procurement service model that supports the company\’s ambitious global objectives.

This is more than advisory; you\’ll be rolling up your sleeves , bringing structure, strategy, and scalability to procurement services ready for the next level.

The programme aims to enhance procurement processes by streamlining supplier relationships across multiple operating companies and embedding best-in-class practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement procurement policies, processes, and systems for scalability.
• Champion innovative and creative procurement solutions that drive efficiency and generate demand for procurement services through demonstrated value and strategic partnerships.

• Proven background in procurement , with strong transformation and consulting experience, ideally in property or professional services .
• Successful track record in delivering procurement transformation programmes .

• Practical, hands-on approach with comfort in complex, fast-paced environments.
