About The Business Support Assistant Role

We have an exciting role for a Business Support Assistant in our Stanley, County Durham office.
Key responsibilities of a Business Support Assistant include:
- Prioritising and managing tasks effectively.
- Actively resolving client issues to conclusion.
- Monitoring cash collection and fee renewals regularly.
- Supporting with Directors’ diary management.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as typing, composing standard and engagement letters, and taking meeting minutes/actions.
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience within an office environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Hardworking with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have own transport as our office is difficult to access by public transport.
