Salary – £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Hours - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with occasional hybrid working

Holiday – 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) rising by 1 day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days)

We have an exciting role for a Business Support Assistant in our Stanley, County Durham office.

Key responsibilities of a Business Support Assistant include:

  • Prioritising and managing tasks effectively.
  • Actively resolving client issues to conclusion.
  • Monitoring cash collection and fee renewals regularly.
  • Supporting with Directors’ diary management.
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as typing, composing standard and engagement letters, and taking meeting minutes/actions.

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience within an office environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Hardworking with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have own transport as our office is difficult to access by public transport.
