Are you a detail-oriented conveyancing assistant looking for a new opportunity? A well-established firm in Leeds is seeking a proactive professional to support their conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions efficiently.

What To Expect

• Assist fee-earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions
• Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
• Conduct searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
• Maintain accurate records and update case management systems to ensure seamless workflow

What We Need

• Previous experience in a conveyancing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
