Responsibilities:

Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 modules such as FIN OPS, Financial Operations to meet customer’s requirements
Building Dynamics components to meet business needs
Developing additional Dynamics functionality, for example Power Apps / Power BI dashboards / Power Automate Flows to automate business processes
Modernising customers Dynamics tooling and provisioning, for example developing and managing governance and guardrails (Data Loss Prevention, Centre’s of Excellence)
Supporting an existing Customer’s Dynamics environment and user base as a 3rd Line Engineer: create and manage Power Platform Environments, package and install Dynamics using Application Lifecycle Management

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Fin Ops Lead Architect and previous product versions
Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & Integrations for D365 FIN OPS
Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
Technical expertise
Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
Experience of developing creative solutions to complex business problems
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Experience working with third-party vendors
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and in a collaborative team

Most of our clients are UK Public Sector and Defence so require Security Clearance. In order to qualify for Security Clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years. If you are unable to meet this criteria, we cannot progress your application.
