Warehouse Manager / Stretch Tent Rigger

We’re working with an events infrastructure client who specialises in the sales and rental of stretch tent structures across the UK. They're on the lookout for someone hands-on, organised, and ready to grow with the team.

Location: Reading, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary: £14-£16/hour

Contract Type: Permanent/Contract

Here’s what the role looks like:

• Efficiently oversee receipt/dispatch of stretch tents and rigging accessories

• Keep track of current conditions of rental items

• Keep inventory

• Optimise space utilisation

• Coordinate with rigging teams

• Rig stretch tents and correctly use various rigging accessories & tools

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Physically fit

✔ Basic technical knowledge (measurements, materials etc)

Desirable Skills & Qualifications (preferred but not mandatory):

➕ Rigging experience

➕ Warehouse management experience

➕ Carpentry or construction experience

➕ First aid training

➕ C1 license

➕ Forklift operation

➕ Technical drawings

This is a permanent/contract position with growth opportunities within the company, plus an annual performance-based bonus. Roles are starting in June/July, so if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, this could be for you.
