We are recruiting for two Multi Skilled Operatives to join us at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
In this role, you will be working in the Rail team based in Kent and Sussex, carrying out maintenance works efficiently and to the required standards, in compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company policies and procedures. Works are to be carried out safely to meet the programme, whether reactive or planned.
You will be working with a team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across various frameworks with clients such as Network Rail and local authorities. Collaboration and strong relationships with clients and team members are essential.

What You Bring
We are eager to speak with candidates qualified in trades such as bricklaying, carpentry, or general small civils repairs like tarmac laying or pothole repairs. Previous railway maintenance experience is advantageous, but training will be provided for suitable candidates. A CSCS card and PTS certification are preferred, but not essential.
