- Offer full secretarial support to the team including file opening and accompanying maintenance procedures.
- Assist with fee earner caseloads and day to day running of files.
- Produce and amend precedent letters.
- Organise conferences with Counsel and medical experts.
- Support with financial management for each case including paying invoices.
- Respond to queries on behalf of the lawyers.
- Assist and support others within the team, as well as new enquiries.
- Work to high pressure deadlines.
Due to the nature of the environment, this role will have exposure to highly sensitive file notes.

- A proven track record of providing high quality administration / secretarial support.
- Strong Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF docs and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
- A sensitive and tactful disposition with the ability to work on complex and at times heart wrenching cases.
