Established in 1971 as a packer and processor of edible oils in Runcorn, Cheshire, SOP moved its head office to Hertford in 2003 to focus on import and distribution. The company now operates from purpose-built offices and warehouse space in Harlow since December 2019. SOP represents renowned brands like Khanum, Vitasoy, Britannia, TATA Consumer Products, Flying Goose, Squid Brand, and Lee Kum Kee.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Runcorn for a Technical Assistant. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support and assistance, perform analytical tasks, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer service, and supporting the technical team in various operational activities.
