Circet UK is hiring 1 full-time and 3 part-time Call Centre Agents. These roles involve working 37.5 hours per week for the full-time position and 20 hours per week for part-time roles. After an initial period of office-based training, there is an opportunity to work fully from home. Full training and equipment are provided. You will be required to attend a minimum of 1 week of training at our office in Selkirk.
Our Call Center Agents are responsible for ensuring that the company completes as many jobs successfully each day as possible, helping to meet our completion rate targets and closing jobs to enable accurate billing of clients. Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will communicate regularly with customers, client contact centers, engineers, and field leaders across the UK via inbound and outbound service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up with customers after appointments to ensure quality of work.
- Respond to issues as they arise, take corrective actions, update customers, or escalate to field leaders as needed.
- Support engineers with processes such as Start My Day, Timeslot Adherence, Engineer Utilisation, and End My Day.
- Review all jobs completed by engineers to ensure forms match on-site actions, all stock is recorded, and notes and signatures are captured. Liaise with engineers to obtain missing information.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Escalate and report issues promptly.
- Have proficient IT skills, including email, webchat, spreadsheets, etc.
