The predicted salary is between 42000 - 68000 ÂŁ per year.

The programme: Find your way! Our two-year rotational program includes a minimum of four project-based rotations, each lasting up to 6 months, across different teams or functions. This structure allows you to develop your skills and gain diverse experiences as you progress. These rotations will be mostly local in nature but could include some international travel or shorter-term working in different markets – adding increased value and understanding to your development.

The structure of your rotations will be determined by the needs of the business, with consideration given to your individual profile and development goals. Rotation departments could be Brand and Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Trade Marketing, and Category Management – the program offers a dynamic and flexible development path tailored to both our evolving business and your personal strengths and ambitions. You will take on responsibility from day one and be creatively involved when it comes to building the future of Imperial Brands/Reemtsma.

Your Profile: Be Authentic

  • You have nearly finished your studies or have already completed a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both German and English completes your profile perfectly.
  • A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills are among your strengths.
  • You are resilient, committed, and adaptable in dealing with change.
  • You have already gained your first work experience through internships.
  • Your way of working is characterized by precision, structure, and conscientiousness.
  • You can start the programme in autumn of 2025.
