Your Role
As a Lead Host, you’ll be a key leader on the floor, delivering real-time coaching and leading your team to beat shift objectives. Whether you’re stepping in for the Management Team, resolving bottlenecks, or showcasing your menu expertise, you’ll bring energy, positivity, and strong leadership to every shift. Your ability to manage customer experiences and help your team develop will ensure we’re consistently exceeding expectations.
