We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to produce high-precision parts and components. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of parts, troubleshooting machinery issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (core duties include Milling machine and Mecal Machining Centre) according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
- Inspect parts for quality control, ensuring all parts meet required tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or tooling issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize processes and workflow.
