Temporary Accommodation Operations Manager

- Team Leadership:Manage and mentor four team leaders and their teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient operation and delivery of services.
- Operations Oversight:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our temporary accommodation facilities, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Resource Allocation:Utilize your expertise in allocations to ensure fair and efficient distribution of temporary accommodation, maximizing utilization while meeting the needs of residents.
- Property Management:Take charge of property management tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
