We are a leading footwear retailer in Singapore operating a retail chain of 38 stores.
Job Description
- Assist with the daily operation of the store
- Provide satisfactory customer service and attend to customer needs
- Maintain POS systems
- Work as part of a team to achieve store sales targets
- Manage in-store products and promote merchandise
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Flexible to work 6 days per week, including retail hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in retail industry preferred (Fashion/Sports/Apparel/F&B), but no experience is necessary
- Customer-focused mindset
- Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
- Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn; training provided if no experience
