Please note this role requires a minimum of 8 hours a week and is initially a 3-month temporary contract until the end of August.
Responsibilities:- Providing world-class customer service.
- Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
- Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
- Collaborating with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
- Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
- Handling daily operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
- Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the product experience.
- Working effectively in a team.
- Engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service and support.
- Committing to personal growth and achieving excellence.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
