The shift pattern varies and will require evenings, weekend work and potentially sleepovers or nightshifts.

Main responsibilities:
- Offering 1:1 support, helping clients with a range of complex needs.
- Supporting clients to attend college and clubs.
- Assisting clients with day-to-day activities of their choice.
- Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans.
- Providing support in all aspects of personal care.
- Carrying out housekeeping duties and day-to-day tasks.
- Assisting clients with managing finances.
- Utilising all communication methods to listen and talk to clients to promote their wellbeing.
- Encouraging the relationships that our clients have with family, friends, and the wider community.
- Maintaining and promoting our clientβs independence.
- Being mindful of adult protection issues and reporting accordingly.
- At all times, being mindful of equality and diversity, and behaving in a culturally sensitive manner.
