You’ll be supporting two males and one female who live in their own homes in Leicester. Working with people with Learning Disabilities means appreciating each person’s unique journey and making the most of every day together—whether it’s short bursts of engagement through arts and crafts, watching TV, using objects of reference, spending time in their bedrooms, or enjoying outings like walks in the park and visits to favourite cafés. Your role is to inspire, support, and encourage independence while building meaningful connections and making a positive difference in their lives.
