We are on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and a great place to work. You will be an expert in product handling and will constantly strive to improve the customer experience through exceptional visual execution and high customer service standards. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you'll help develop the team and maintain operational standards, aiming to generate outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.
About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver great product placement and 'wow' wearable outfits.
- Consistently uphold strong visual standards, keeping the customer journey at the forefront.
- Confidently duty manage all store operations including service, people, and processes.
- Support the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the store team to prioritize customer experience in decision-making.
- Understand and utilize commercial tools to drive business actions.
- Take responsibility for store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, and RFID.
- Assist in managing store operations, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Contribute to developing a motivated, engaged, and valued store team.
