Role Overview
The Front of House Coordinator is the first point of contact for communications and visitors, creating a welcoming environment. The role supports travel and event bookings, assists with projects, and collaborates across departments to ensure smooth operations. It requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing office duties including answering phones, emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
- Monitoring & managing the Facilities email inbox.
- Tracking and managing visitor and contractor access cards.
- Coordinating with external suppliers and supporting office maintenance.
- Maintaining logs of visitors and maintenance activities.
- Preparing refreshments for meetings and guests.
- Booking travel and accommodations for staff.
- Ordering and managing office supplies.
- Handling deliveries and courier arrangements.
- Welcoming new employees and conducting office tours.
- Maintaining safety and training records for Fire Wardens and First Aiders.
- Supporting internal events and initiatives.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as directed.
