The Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the scheduling of internal and external, construction-specific, training programmes and certifications (e.g., Health and Safety, CSCS cards, NVQs).
Administrative Oversight
- Maintain and update training records, schedules, and databases with accuracy and efficiency, particularly for site operatives and construction-specific qualifications.
- Track training attendance, participation, and post-training feedback to report on programme outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with construction industry standards, regulations, and mandatory certifications.
CITB Grant Claims and Reconciliations
- Manage the submission and reconciliation of CITB grant claims to maximise funding for training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with CITB requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for CITB-related processes and assist the organisation in navigating funding opportunities.
- Analyse training metrics to identify improvement areas and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Stay updated on construction industry trends and CITB policies to implement best practices within the organisation.
Experience/Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
