Crownhill Court Plymouth Permanent 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year Grade E (£29,093 – £31,586 per annum) Business Improvement Officer Role Profile We are seeking to recruit a Business Improvement Officer to support our systems and improvement work in Plymouth City Council’s Adults, Health and Communities Directorate. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager you will support key projects for the Directorate. The role will include using project management and methodology to capture requirements, analyse data and processes and support the design of new service pathways. This will include identifying and capturing project risks and working with key stakeholders. You will be working on projects linked to improvements in services for vulnerable people in Plymouth.
