This is a full-time, on-site and remote role for a Community Employment Program Coordinator. We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to lead the Skills-to-Employment initiative — a community-based program that equips unemployed individuals with practical skills and connects them to local job opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing training partnerships
  • Managing participant progress
  • Creating pathways to long-term employment

Schedule: 9am - 4pm, Mon - Fri

Salary: £18 – £25 hourly

Benefits: Tiered commission ranging from 15% to 30% of the first-year salary
