This is a new role within LGI/Vascular and the successful candidate will have autonomy to develop the role. Full training on systems and a robust induction programme will be provided.
About the Role
The post holder will be working closely with the Senior Operations Manager/Operations Manager, Consultants and wider team in the day to day management of Medical staff on the GI/Vascular rota at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Eastern), working collaboratively with RDUH (Northern) and Torbay to ensure support given across the region as well as building links to the Deanery to support Junior Doctors. You will be the first point of contact for Consultants and Medical staff and will need to be organised, methodical and an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong attention to detail skills.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
