Key Responsibilities
- Office & Team Support: Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and general admin. Be the first point of contact for landlord/tenant enquiries. Organise property handovers and internal scheduling.
- Lettings & Compliance: Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening. Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and register deposits. Oversee compliance for all move-ins/outs and tenancy documentation.
- Systems & Records: Maintain accurate records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems. Support with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking.
Requirements/Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a property admin or lettings support role (essential)
- Deep understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance processes
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Use your initiative and a go-getter
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools
