Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK's specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide support for the clinical leadership of the service. This position is based in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, accessible via public transport.
About the role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams around children.

Main responsibilities:
- Utilize individual, group, or consultation approaches to therapy
- Develop therapy programmes for class or individual use
- Collaborate with class staff to integrate occupational therapy into the curriculum
- Ensure occupational therapy supports learning and functional skills development throughout the school day
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including speech and language therapists and wellbeing therapists
- Refer parents to NHS and social services occupational therapy services as appropriate
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with HCPC
- Experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs
- Supportive of team efforts to create suitable living and learning environments for children
- Confident, engaging, and capable of leading and training others
- Highly organized and proactive
- Dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for young people
