We are seeking a Housing Management Worker for a permanent, full-time position based in Merseyside. The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £23,962.

Your role will involve providing housing management and intensive support to customers at risk of homelessness, managing a portfolio of properties, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting tenants with tenancy management, housing benefit claims, and signposting to support services.
- Using coaching techniques to promote independence and help customers identify solutions.
- Managing tenancies, signing up new tenants, and ensuring understanding of tenancy obligations.
- Collaborating with the Housing Management team to meet targets and comply with policies.
- Conducting health & safety checks and taking remedial actions as needed.
- Housing qualification and understanding of welfare benefits.
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Approachable with strong rapport-building skills.
- Driving license and access to a car are required.
