Our client, a global trust company is seeking to appoint a part-time Accounts Assistant to work 25 hours per week. They are seeking an individual with good all-round bookkeeping skills and strong experience in accounts to support their busy Finance Department.

Working with the Finance Manager, you will post and reconcile transactions utilising their accounting software, assist with billing processes, and support the finance department with month end, year end and annual audit processes and provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to management.

You will be well organised, methodical and able to work accurately without supervision and as part of a team. Full training will be provided on their accounting software as needed. Previous bookkeeping, month-end, and data analysis experience is essential, along with good verbal and written communication and IT skills.
