The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Some flexibility to work remotely is offered, however would be required to be in the office on a rota basis/for supervisions/meetings, as agreed with the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken.

Responsibilities include:

  • Care Act Assessments and reviews – including responding to the needs of carers, Capacity Assessments, and best interest decisions.
  • CPA work may be required, building relationships with service users and carers.
  • Ability to liaise and negotiate with providers.
