We are seeking Care Assistants who can work flexibly across our homes in South East Essex. This is a bank contract, requiring travel to various locations on an as-needed basis. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous or a willingness to work towards this. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion to deliver person-centered care.
