The Role
- As a Learning Associate, you’ll be working closely with teaching staff to support pupils both in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
- Provide in-class support across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Help students engage with learning and make progress.
- Offer pastoral and academic support to students who may need a little extra help.
- Work one-to-one and in small groups to reinforce key concepts.

What We’re Looking For
