Join our Digital Sculpting team, where creativity and innovation come to life. We’re dedicated to transforming the creative vision into digital models that drive programme gateways, daily design reviews, enterprise-level design assessments. These models support both physical and virtual assets, ensuring seamless alignment between design intent and technical requirements.
You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple programmes while nurturing a culture of excellence where growth, collaboration, and open feedback thrive. By working closely with other managers, you will ensure a united approach to our team development, culture and project execution. What To Expect- Ensure digital models meet design intent and programme requirements
- Manage the delivery of models on time, ensuring all business requirements are met, such as data for gateways, digital assets and physical assets
- Ensure cross-team alignment whilst maintaining a flexible, collaborative and pro-active approach
- Manage the growth, performance and well-being of the team
- Create a positive environment where open and honest feedback drives continuous improvement
- Extensive experience in Digital Sculpting within an automotive design studio
- Proven track record of delivering multiple programmes on time, meeting quality standards, and aligning with multiple departments
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team
- Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
