Field Engineer / Team Lead

Seeking a talented Field Engineer with a strong background in information technology, radar, and VHF. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot radar and VHF equipment in the field * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and testing * Provide technical support and training to end users * Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment * Document all field activities and maintain accurate records * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field * Proven experience working with radar and VHF systems * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various onsite locations Day-to-day * Travel to customer sites to install and service radar and VHF equipment * Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance * Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance * Communicate with customers to provide updates and training on equipment usage * Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance field engineering capabilities Full description available.
