Shifts:

  • Dayshift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm or 6.30am - 3.30pm
  • Backshift: Sunday 12pm - 9pm or 12.30pm - 9.30pm; Monday - Thursday 3pm - 12am or 3.30pm - 12.30am

Rate of Pay: £12.52 per hour; (£50 a week Backshift allowance)

Hours: 40 Hours Per week

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved with the processing of food products for our top-tier customers.
  • Working within a chilled factory environment, you will be handling raw meat. Depending on the team you work in, this may include handling portions of chicken such as the breast or thigh, or trussing the whole bird.

No experience is necessary as we will provide all the training you need. You just need a ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn! There are plenty of development opportunities available on site to help you progress in your career.

Ideal Candidate:

  • As a Production Operative, you will have a passion for delivering high standards while ensuring our H&S, Food Safety, and Quality standards are met.
  • You should be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in production or factory work is an advantage but not essential, as full training including L1 and L2 Health and Safety certification will be provided.
