Are you a confident, IT-savvy administrator with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude? We are hiring a Spare Parts Co-ordinator for an international engineering business based in Bicester. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a busy internal support team. You will be working on-site, assisting with customer quotations, processing spare parts orders, and keeping CRM and ERP systems up to date.

Key Details:

  • Location: Bicester (on-site only)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
  • Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour (weekly pay)
  • Duration: 12 weeks (potential for extension)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support B2B internal sales for spare parts
  • Prepare and send customer quotations
  • Process orders through ERP systems
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and records
  • Handle customer emails and calls
  • Assist with light manual handling of small parcels during goods in/out procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent Excel and general IT skills
  • Previous experience in admin, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and customer care focus
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (advantageous)
  • A flexible, proactive approach to team tasks
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings (a bonus, not essential)
