Are you a confident, IT-savvy administrator with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude? We are hiring a Spare Parts Co-ordinator for an international engineering business based in Bicester. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a busy internal support team. You will be working on-site, assisting with customer quotations, processing spare parts orders, and keeping CRM and ERP systems up to date.
Key Details:
- Location: Bicester (on-site only)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
- Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour (weekly pay)
- Duration: 12 weeks (potential for extension)
What You’ll Do:
- Support B2B internal sales for spare parts
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Process orders through ERP systems
- Maintain CRM accuracy and records
- Handle customer emails and calls
- Assist with light manual handling of small parcels during goods in/out procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent Excel and general IT skills
- Previous experience in admin, sales support, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and customer care focus
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (advantageous)
- A flexible, proactive approach to team tasks
- Ability to interpret technical drawings (a bonus, not essential)
