About the role

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our Team at Sytner Shrewsbury as a Parts Manager. As Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the department. You will coordinate with the workshops and Sales teams as well as selling directly to the public. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential and as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPI's and budgets. Ideally, you will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems and profitability. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and a good knowledge of Kerridge is desirable.
