Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Lead project meetings, set agendas, and facilitate discussions to drive project progress and decision-making.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for handling customer escalations and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
Qualification and Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
