Position Overview
We are excited to offer a Part-Time Senior Sales Support role at our new store in Cannock, Midlands. As a Senior Sales Support, primarily servicing back-of-house operations, you will embody Ralph Lauren's elegance and luxury while providing exceptional client experiences. This is a part-time position, offering 16 hours per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Replenish the sales floor efficiently, ensuring all styles, sizes, and colors are available at all times.
- Transfer stock to and from the sales floor.
- Receive deliveries and verify their accuracy.
- Maintain customer support standards according to store guidelines and standards.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a retail stock environment.
- Excellent customer service skills aligned with RL Selling Culture and Sales Model.
