YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are uniquely positioned to see the supply chain end-to-end, from materials to the touchpoints of our brands with shoppers. Join us as the voice of the customer for supply and the integrator across Sales, Marketing, & Finance. Your focus will be providing our Commercial & Planning teams with insights from our Customers through a detailed understanding of their systems & processes at store & depot levels. You will facilitate the execution of Promotions and develop accurate forecasts with the Customer for upcoming activities. The role involves collaborative projects to improve On Shelf Availability/Service, Delivery Efficiency, & Cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Focus:
- Daily order entry and processing to the 3PL provider, ensuring timely and complete deliveries as per customer expectations.
- Resolve order and invoicing queries with internal stakeholders and communicate with customers regarding order status, stock availability, and deliveries.
- Provide insights to Planning Teams using Customer Systems at store & depot levels. Report, analyze, and deliver on KPIs, implementing continuous improvements related to availability, inventory, forecasting, and promotional activities.
- Administer CPFR (collaborative planning, forecast & replenishment) processes and support your Customer Account Manager in planning meetings.
- Support planning through weekly volume variance reviews, reacting to demand fluctuations, and providing stock flow insights to prevent stockouts. Develop systemic action plans for long-term improvements.
- Engage in joint value creation activities with the Customer to enhance Service, Delivery, Sustainability, and Cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Customer Supply Chain Teams & Bacardi’s Key Account Manager to align strategies and communications.
- Develop accurate forecasts for promotional activities, new listings, product changes, and events to ensure excellent On Shelf Availability and Service Levels.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Experience in Customer Service with managing customer requirements; supply chain background preferred, including forecasting and demand planning experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively within teams.
- High numeracy and logical reasoning skills for complex data analysis.
- SAP experience is beneficial; training provided if needed.
