Leading Media & Technology firm seek a Legal PA to support a Partner and Fee Earners within their Real Estate department. The firm represents clients across the globe and is known for their thought-provoking work. - Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
- Email management.
- Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
- Time entry.
- Manage the billing process.
- Assistance with the BD activities.
