Following another exceptional year across their diverse real estate sectors, our client is expanding and seeking an experienced professional to contribute to their growing portfolio of high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-million-pound developments, primarily within the logistics and industrial sectors.
Your Role:
- Prepare initial reports, including document management, financial analysis, benchmarking, and technical/legal reviews.
- Engage with clients and their legal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Play a key role in business development / networking and identifying new opportunities to expand our Development Monitoring service.
- Lead and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, overseeing high-value projects with minimal supervision.
- Conduct site inspections, attend progress meetings, and produce interim reports with drawdown recommendations.
- Oversee PC inspections and reporting, ensuring all necessary completion criteria are met.
Profile
To be considered:
- MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or other relevant qualifications (essential).
- Experience in a real estate or building consultancy environment.
- Strong expertise in Development Monitoring and a passion for the field.
- Confidence in client-facing roles, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, ideally in the industrial/logistics sector.
